Flowga combines a calming yoga practice with an energizing FlowRider session for a unique mind-body experience. Each session begins with guided yoga focused on balance, breath, mobility, and core strength—skills that directly translate to better flow and control on the wave.
After yoga, participants move straight to the FlowRider for a guided surf session, applying what they just learned in a playful, low-pressure setting. No surf or yoga experience is required.
Who it’s for: Adults and teens, all fitness and experience levels.
Benefits include: Improved balance and flexibility, reduced stress, fun cross-training for surfers and athletes, and a supportive, welcoming group environment.
Scheduled every other Sunday from 9 AM to 11 AM.
