Earning. You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on food and non-alcoholic drinks, calculated on the amount before tax and tip.
You need an account. Points attach to your Surf Shack account, so order while signed in. Orders placed as a guest cannot be credited afterwards.
Automatic. Points appear as soon as your order is paid. There is nothing to scan and no separate card.
What does not earn. Alcohol, merchandise, passes, admissions, rentals, parties and gift cards do not earn points.
One account per person. Points cannot be pooled, combined, sold or transferred between accounts.
Redeeming. Rewards are redeemed from your account and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Reward sessions are subject to availability and may be limited to off-peak times.
No cash value. Points and rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not refundable. Points from a refunded order are reversed.
Expiry. Points expire after 12 months with no earning activity.
Changes. Surf Shack may change or end the program, or adjust reward levels, with reasonable notice.
