About the Role

The Front Desk is the first and last impression for our guests. You’ll greet guests, answer phones, manage check-ins, and help keep everything running smoothly. This role is cross-trained with Instructor duties.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests
  • Check guests in for sessions and activities
  • Answer phone calls and basic guest questions
  • Handle bookings, waivers, and payments
  • Support instructors and party hosts as needed
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, merch, and volleyball court areas

Requirements

  • Must be 16 years or older
  • Friendly, outgoing, and professional
  • Comfortable talking on the phone and in person
  • Organized and reliable
  • Strong customer service skills
