Our kitchen supports the overall guest experience by delivering quality food in a fast-paced environment.

Our bar is part of the guest experience. Bartenders provide friendly, responsible service while maintaining a fun, relaxed atmosphere.

The Front Desk is the first and last impression for our guests. You’ll greet guests, answer phones, manage check-ins, and help keep everything running smoothly. This role is cross-trained with Instructor duties.

Our instructors are the heart of the Surf Shack experience. You’ll coach guests on flowboarding and bodyboarding, keep sessions safe, and bring positive energy to every ride. This role is guest-facing, active, and fun, but safety and professionalism always come first.
