Yes, on a family account. Points belong to the account, not to an individual rider, so everything the family spends earns into one balance and any reward can be used by anyone on the account. Points cannot be moved between separate accounts.
Food and drink rewards are tapped in your cart when you order. Ride rewards are claimed from your account and land straight in your pass wallet, ready to book. Rewards cannot be combined with other offers or discounts, and reward sessions are subject to availability and may be limited to off-peak times.
No. Points and rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not refundable. Points from a refunded order are reversed.
Points expire after 12 months with no earning activity.
